HAPPY 11 YEARS!

Valentines Day (Our Anniversary) Couldn't come at a more perfect time for us this year. It was on Jer's weekend off! We were lucky and got a room at Seaside, and just hoped the weather would cooperate. We had the choice of going alone or with the girls, but we enjoy our family time, especially because we don't get to all be together very often. So Friday night we went to the Manafest concert while my sweet cousin watched the girls for us. After the concert we picked the girls up and headed over, we made it by 11:30pm, which wasn't too bad!

We woke up Saturday morning and headed out towards the sand. Of course I forgot the sand toys, how could I forget that! But the girls had fun anyways. There was alot of Algae or something in the water, it looked NASTY so we told the girls we'd go in the ocean some other time...... The girls had fun walking around, writing their names in the sand and of course like always CHASING THOSE NASTY BIRDS! After awhile we noticed the wind started picking up and the clouds were moving in, so we headed in for cover. Of course it didn't turn out to be much, but you never know here! We also got a chance to swim in their outdoor pool, crazy you might think with the 40 degree temps, but hey that water was just under the temp of a hot tub, it was AWESOME! Never been in a pool that was that warm! Of course we had fun walking and looking at the different shops, and then on Sunday we headed back home. But we made a detour, Papa and Nana's house, the girls spent the night there, so we had Sunday evening all to ourselves, we found some free movie pass's and saw Paul Blart Mall Cop, pretty funny.

Can't wait to get to the sand!

Okay she cracked me up with this, we couldn't get her to stop, she had so much fun dragging her foot and looking at what mark she made in the sand! See why do you need sand toys when you have your feet! ooohhhh aaahhh
